Claire Cunliffe and Louise Dyson joined forces in September 2009 to form the Let's Invest Group. With over five years experience in sourcing somewhere in the region of 450 HMO properties on behalf of various banks, investment funds and private investors. Claire and Louise thought it was about time they did it for themselves, with a passion for property and a strong focus to succeed the company has grown from strength to strength.

Both Claire and Louise have experience in every aspect of the property industry from overseas property sales, off plan sales, estate agency, marketing, rental and renovations to name just a few. A total of around twenty years of property experience between them. The specialist area being HMO property sourcing and renovations which takes a lot of time and knowledge to perfect. Claire purchased her first property at the age of 18 she doubled her money and that was just the start. Between them they've sold complete blocks of apartments, student accommodation blocks and built complete property portfolios totalling over £2 million.

They both cover specific areas Claire was born raised and still lives in Salford and i would challenge anyone to have a better understanding of the property market in this location than her. Salford has gone under total and much needed regeneration which has spanned over 10 years and Claire has been buying throughout this process. Louise once lived in Liverpool now resides in Southport but has covered the property market in Liverpool for many years. Liverpool is also undergoing mass regeneration and a good knowledge of the area is key.

Other locations that have both been covered in this time are Preston, Bolton, Manchester and Loughborough.

They've built the company on the back of good business etiquette and fantastic contacts that they can trust. The business model is very simple they source for a fee, renovate for a fee and let for a fee which one you go with is up to you.
